Do to budget issues our Crime Analyst do not receive the proper training to effectively deal with the rising crime in our county. They have a limited knowledge base when it comes to Crime Analysis work and finding ways to research and reduce crime.

How do you anticipate that the requested assistance will address the problems?
Providing our Crime Analyst with the training they need in Hot Spot mapping and ways of researching data to combat crime could vastly reduce crime in the valley or assist us in reducing and or solving the growing problem with property crimes.
