Throughout the reporting period, Center staff continued to host virtual calls with the sites from the FY22, on an as-needed basis. This included conducting outreach with sites to encourage them to attend a regional convening, responding to their inquiries and keeping them abreast of national developments via the Court-Builders listserv, and providing individual consultations as needed. The Paterson Community Court hired a program director, resource coordinator, and case manager in the spring.

The Wilmington Community Court has been working to expand their reach by accepting cases from two different overlapping jurisdictions; namely, the Court of Common Pleas and the Justice of the Peace.

This technical assistance leverages topics covered during the BYOC programs, surfaces topics that are needed in future training programs, and helps NACDL and its partners track and monitor trainee teams’ case status.
