During this meeting the IACP TTA Team presented on Engaging Diverse Stakeholders in Cross-Sector Teams and Public Safety Efforts

The IACP TTA Lead reviewed the materials and provided feedback to the application for submission to BJA

This final session of the 2024 Leadership Academy will focus on navigating crucial conversations and change management.The session will also allow for participants to reflect on the entire Leadership Academy experience.

BJA informed IACP the site submitted an NCE, but there was a change request, and the site needed to resubmit ASAP. IACP reached out to inform the site.

A month after the Action Plan was submitted, the site reached out to IACP multiple times to inquire into the status of the Action Plan. IACP repeatedly engaged BJA for updates and cooresponded with the site accordingly.

The IACP TTA Lead arranged a peer meeting with the FY21 Okemos site to discuss data tracking systems and methods

IACP worked with site practitioners to prepare for a workshop at the 2024 IACP Annual Conference.
