o Meeting with Chief Mike Nienhuis from the Laurie Police Department and Chief Scott Craig from the Sunrise Beach Police Department to introduce the project. The Laurie Police Department opted in. (2 people, representing 2 agencies)

Meeting with Ryan Clem (Deputy Chief of Staff, IN Lt. Gov. for the Indiana Management Performance Hub). The purpose of this meeting was to introduce him to JC, gain a greater understanding of the type of data that they are collecting, build networks, and determine how to partner in a way that advances JC forward in IN. Meeting with Washington County Probation: Melanie Kuntz (JRAC chair, Assistance Chief Probation Officer, and Washington County Community Corrections Advisory Board Chairman) to introduce her to Justice Counts, gain greater insight into their community challenges, and offer JC as a solution. The larger purpose of this meeting was to get buy in on their level to then garner the greater JRAC buy in (1 person representing 2 agencies).
