The District of the US Virgin Islands requested assistance with their PSN strategy. From April 15-18, 2024 the CNA TTA team sent representatives to the USAO’s in the US Virgin Islands to complete a strategic planning session with PSN stakeholders, a crime analysis capacity assessment, a research partner working session, and an in-depth information session and PSN working session for the USAO, Natasha Baker.

The Alabama SAA's office reached out asking for support in identifying their funding priority areas for JAG. With their guidance, we developed, helped administer, and analyzed a survey for them that highlighted potential priority areas after administering the survey to a wide array of stakeholders.

Provided direct TTA to Kentucky SAA's office as they requested support around identifying priorities for JAG funding for the upcoming year. We worked with them to write, conduct, and analyze a survey to help them in this effort.

The Collective has deployed SMEs to work directly grantees on organizational infrastructure like compliance, sustainability, and some CVI program model work. SMEs are providing directing 1:1 coaching with executive leadership and their on-the-ground teams.

PERF is providing key stakeholders in Cambridge, including the police department, health department and prosecutor's office, with technical assistance to support them in implementing the following two DOJ Roadmap's essential actions: creating a citywide plan for engaging key people and places, and addressing key locations using place-based policing and investment.

Police, prosecutors, city officials, and jurisdictions can request training and technical assistance (TTA) on how to use strategies in alignment with the 10 essential action of the OJP's Violent Crime Reduction Roadmap to reduce violent crime while building community trust. The “menu” of TTA, based on each requester’s needs, will include provision of resources, referral to other DOJ-funded TTA providers, connection to peer-to-peer resource agencies, virtual TTA sessions, and more in-depth on-site TTA including a needs assessment brief and strategic plan outline.
