Participated in (22) Training and Technical Assistance Meetings with Resource Basket to collaborate, enhance and build TTA skills. Topics addressed Strategic Planning, Core Performance Standards, BJA NTTAC, CTAS, JustGrants, Circle Training, Peer to Peer Talking Circle Topics, Site Visit Planning and Debriefing, Interagency Reporting and Requests for Travel, and grantee requests and needs.

In order to engage project advisory, ATJRC convened (1) quarterly meetings with Advisory Team on April 29, 2022 to request feedback on the ATJRC website: www.atjrc.org, ask for any upcoming events or trainings to post, request newsletter articles, and draft highlights to include in planned newsletter for ATJRC. There were Advisory Members in Attendance and (3) Staff. The meeting was held virtually from 9:00 am - 10:00 am.

To disseminate information to tribal justice communities ATJRC is collaborating with WCPI to assist in the development and implementation of a Domestic Violence Simulator Program. ATJRC facilitated and held (3) meetings with the developing staff Brian Kaufman, David Rogers and Bill Humm to review the simulator program and provide feedback. One planning session was also held to prepare to offer this training to Tribal Subject Matter Experts in January 2022, for feedback and possible resources.

Co-convened (5) monthly “touch base” meetings with grant managers; July 1, 2021, September 2, 2021, October 12, 2021 November 8, 2021, December 6, 2021 participated in (2) quarterly NTTAC/BJA tribal TTA providers meetings; (1) planning meeting to orient the new CTAS grantees awarded FY 2021 funds; and (8) meetings with national tribal TTA partners to plan and deliver American Indian Justice Conference which for the first time included presentations by two Alaska subject matter experts.
