The Wilmington PD (WPD) requested travel support for representatives from WPD to attend the USMS Tactical training. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to two representatives from WPD to attend the training on April 19 in Chicago, IL.

The St. Louis PSP site requested travel support for representatives from the St. Louis PSP to attend the USMS Tactical Training. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to two representatives from the St. Louis PSP site to attend the training on April 19 in Chicago, IL.

We are an international alliance of CHAPLAINS looking for ways to support our comunities in crime prevention, gang related issues, fire arms understanding and information technology. We are currently operating in many states and several countries.

Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants(OVSJG) is the State Administering Agency (SAA) for Byrne funds. OVSJG is represented at multijurisdictional workgroups and stakeholders have approached OVSJG for the following TTA request: (1) training for staff at two consolidated and newly developing DC agencies within the public safety and justice cluster - DC Office of Chief Medical Officer and DC Forensic Sciences. Both agencies are developing its infrastructure and are under new administration.

NCJA Travel

I would like my staff of 50 Instructors trained in the Blue Courage program.

This TTA request is entitled "Merging Counter-Terrorism Targeting Methodology and Place-Based Crime Project." It utilizes background and details of a methodology developed at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL). This methodology has shown applicability to modeling criminal events and will be demonstrated to the Detroit Police Department (DPD) using their crime events to evaluate the technology. Finally, the technology will be tested in an operational use case.
