JIRN partnered with BJA to provide in-person DCRA office hours to SAAs during the NCJA Annual Meeting

Participated in the Sept 2024 online DCRA Transparency Through Public Data Tables Webinar to inform SAAs about the release of aggregate level DCRA data. JIRN presented on how JIRN can help SAAs prepare for the release.

JIRN provided virtual TTA to 17 states. TTA sessions lasted 30-60 minutes. States met with JIRN about their DCRA implementation plans or update reports and their DCRA compliance statuses.

The JIRN DCRA TTA team provided TTA via email to about 40 different states via 76 emails. This included answering questions about DCRA and providing feedback about DCRA implementation plans and update reports, and discussing state DCRA compliance.

Scheduled and conducted a workshop on DCRA reporting for the SEARCH/JRSA/NCJA Symposium in Long Beach, California on Tuesday, July 25th, 2023 where we brought together SAAs and SACs from the same states to share experiences state-by-state, identify roadblocks in DCRA reporting, and compile best practices in promoting/encouraging full and accurate reporting.

Participated in the June 2023 online DCRA State Implementation Plan Training and subsequently fielded seventeen email requests for assistance from states trying to develop DCRA reporting plans to be submitted with the Byrne JAG applications this year.

JIRN provided virtual TTA to 8 states. TTA sessions lasted approximately 40-60 minutes. Seven states received TTA about their DCRA implementation plans. JIRN provided them with real-time feedback and provided strategies for improving their plans that were required for receiving their JAG award.

The JIRN DCRA TTA team provided TTA to 21 states via email. This included answering questions about DCRA and providing feedback about DCRA implementation plans.
