Site requested information on wellness apps for corrections officers for their program. ACA SMEs compiled research and sent info to the site. Also discussed options in check-in meetings.

IACP staff conducted formal review of site's Implementation Plan. Site's IP was approved with no needed revisions and the site is now in the Implementation Phase of the grant.
Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the New York City Department of Corrections team a total of five (5) times to provide customized TTA and discuss programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the project has focused on preparing for increased training needs with the new healthcare-focused jail facility at Bellevue Hospital. They are hiring two instructors and have scheduled five days of training in November, with ongoing refreshers and Mental Health First Aid sessions.
Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Salt Lake City team a total of three (3) times to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the site has focused on refining their Implementation Plan (IP) and ensuring it aligns with grant requirements. They have engaged in community and behavioral health partnerships, and are working on data collection and evaluation strategies.
Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Pima County team a total of two (2) times to discuss programmatic updates and provide customized TTA. The site is in the Implementation Phase of the grant and is progressing well. Over the past six months, the site has successfully conducted CIT and refresher courses, receiving positive feedback from attendees and advanced officers. They have established a strong relationship with the local VA, which has been an excellent venue for their classes.
Provided grantee with a summary of each CRIT module and shared resource for officers created by Dona Ana County, NM site to help guide curriculum development and overall program.
Site requested resources on disengagement policies. Sent some resources on disengagement; looking into sharing specific policies from other policing agencies.
Provided resources on policy development of "hand off" between officers and hospital staff of those in crisis.
