Three-day onsite foundational training for treatment courts
Site visit to Chicago to observe Community Violence Interventionists interact with community stakeholders.
Two-day, in-person mentor professional development training featuring seven training sessions, with topics focusing on the mentor program and its volunteers in veterans treatment courts. All sessions will include a 45-minute to one-hour-long presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.
The TTA partnership will attend and and present at BJA's CVIPI Conference.
The project hosted and advisory team meeting in Palm Springs, CA to garner input into tribal law enforcement needs and the delivery of TTA through the project
The American Indian Justice Conference offers tribes across the nation an opportunity to learn strategies to enhance tribal justice systems while providing essential information on topics such as court planning and development, diversionary court programs, traditional dispute resolution, justice system responses to alcohol and substance abuse, and emerging issues that are relevant to tribal justice system development.
