This paper and presentation describe findings from the evaluation of Operation LASER in Los Angeles.

Through the fellowship I will provide technical assistance to sites funded under the BJA Smart Policing Initiative. This will include presentations on Operation LASER, the research-practitioner partnership, and how to use research findings in policing.
