This effort focused on how federal agencies currently disseminate information to their state, local, territorial, and tribal partners and also how fusion centers disseminate information within the National Network of Fusion Centers, with federal partners, and to constituencies in their area of responsibility. End User Advisory Group participants were selected because they are considered an “end user” of intelligence and information generated by federal entities as well as state Fusion Centers, RISS Centers and HIDTA operations.
