11/21 - Meeting with Dr. Tiffany Janz (Director of Research Services), Mark St. Pierre (Asst Director, Bureau of Criminal Analysis), Justin Rosen (Deputy Legislative Director) from the CA Department of Justice Attorney General's Office to introduce the project and discuss the possibility of sharing data for all law enforcement agencies in the state. Site Visit- Site Visit carried out in Morgantown and Wheeling, West Virginia from December 2-6 to meet with justice system stakeholders including Day Reporting Centers, correctional facilities, behavioral health providers, and legislative representatives to share information on the WV project and perform qualitative analysis.
