The Nashville Public Safety Partnership Site requested Technical Assistance to assist with the implementation of innovative crime reduction strategies based on the collective efficacy theory. BJA NTTAC contracted with Justice & Security Strategies inc. to provide this technical assistance.

Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff's Office requested training for their internal investigators on interview techniques for domestic violence and sexual misconduct cases. The requestor withdrew the request.

The Wilmington, Delaware Police Department requested CPTED training and assessment training. The Western Community Policing Institute was selected as the provider for this request and delivered CPTED training and assessment training.

BJA requested assistance in making the “Managing Large-Scale Security Events: A Planning Primer for Local Law Enforcement Agencies” (Planning Primer) and associated Quick Look documents 508 compliant. The requestor withdrew the request.

NTTAC funding for 4 regional SLATT trainings.

Pamela Cammarata was selected to fulfill the request and provided meeting facilitation from August 28 – 31, 2018. Ms. Cammarata delivered a final report to South Texas College in September 2018.

BJA NTTAC issued a request for proposal and selected Force Concepts as the provider. Force Concepts developed the training curriculum and facilitated a train-the-trainer session for Newark PD staff members in October 2018.

The Baltimore Police Department requests travel support for representatives to attend the Los Angeles, California Police Department Crime Fighters Conference. BJA NTTAC provided travel support to three representatives to attend the conference n Los Angeles, California on February 7 - 8, 2018
