10/24 Meeting with Chad Williams (Captain) and Kirk Cesena (Captain) from the Lake Havasu City Police Department and Matt Billeski (Program Manager), Molly Edwards (Public Information Officer) from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission to introduce the project. 12/3 - Recruitment meeting with Brett Schandelson (Executive Director) and Quinn Ziegler (IT Manager) of the MT Office of the State Public Defender. The agency opted in. (2 participants, representing 1 agency).
12/3 - Recruitment meeting with Lewis and Clark County CJCC Chair Judge Chris Abbott. Judge Abbott wants to have CSG Justice Center staff to present Justice Counts at their January meeting. (1 participant, representing 1 agency).
12/4 - Recruitment meeting with Senator Barry Usher (Majority Whip and Sponsor of SB11). Representative Usher steered CSG Justice Center staff to the Criminal Justice Oversight Committee (CJOC) which drives the work of the Montana Board of Crime Control (MBCC) and the data warehouse project. (1 participant, representing 1 agency).
12/4 - Recruitment meeting with Greg Schneider (Research, Analytics, and Planning Bureau Chief) Greg Schneider and Janice Fries (Statistical Analysis Director) of the Montana Department of Corrections, and Natalia Bowser (Executive Director) of the Montana Board of Crime Control (3 participants, representing 2 agencies).
12/4 - Meeting with Nanette Gilbertson, Executive Director of the County Attorneys Association and the Sheriff's and Peace Officers Association. CSG Justice Center staff discussed how Justice Counts may be able to support 53 of 56 counties in Montana. (1 person, representing 2 agencies).
12/4 - Recruitment meeting with Chief Brett Petty (Legislative Chair of the Montana Association of Chiefs of Police and on the Executive Committee) and Assistant Chief Cory 'Scott' Bailey of the Helena Police Department to introduce the project. (2 participants, representing 1 agency).
