The Nationwide Criminal Intelligence Architecture Initiative meeting brought together state, local, and federal law enforcement and homeland security partners to begin the development of a National Criminal Intelligence Sharing Implementation Plan (NCISIP), which will be designed to assist law enforcement and homeland security agencies and leadership at all levels to better understanding their role in criminal intelligence collection, analysis, and sharing.
