The Little Rock, Arkansas Police Department (PD), as part of the Little Rock Violence Reduction Network (VRN), requested technical assistance in Project Safe Neighborhoods and Drug Market Intervention. Michigan State University (MSU) School of Criminal Justice was selected to provide the assistance, and conducted a two-day site visit to administer and assessment pool and provide assistance on partnerships, collaboration, and implementation of evidence-based practices. The final report was delivered to Little Rock VRN in November 2016.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Arkansas requested a conference on Project Safe Neighborhoods and Drug Market Intervention. This engagement was canceled due to the requesting agency’s changing training priorities.
