Review various types of trauma to consider when working with your clients i.e. Intergenerational, childhood and complex trauma.

NCJTC staff will provide training on suicide prevention and reduction of risk factors: alcohol and substance abuse, lethal means restriction and mental health/distress. Presentation will be culturally sensitive and provide education and discussion on historical and intergenerational trauma. The first training will include the Ho-Chunk Family Services planning committee. The second training will include a session at their youth conference.
