Conduct training -- Human Trafficking in Indian Country -- New Town, ND: This initiative will provide critical training to build awareness of the existence of Human Trafficking in Indian Country and provide law enforcement and community stakeholders with the tools necessary to begin the process of victim identification, rescue and restoration. Training for LE places an emphasis on investigation skills and case coordination with an understanding that the victim is the key focus of the investigation.
