Urban Institute plans to identify a criminal justice agency considering using Pay for Success (PFS) funding mechanisms to support the implementation of a particular program. In collaboration with that agency, Urban will adapt its meta-analytic cost benefit analysis engine to provide the agency with evidence about the efficacy of the given program, its likelihood of success, and insights into how the proposed PFS transaction should be priced.
