The Seton Hall University requested assistance through BJA NTTAC to enhance its crime analysis assignments and processes. Blue Courage Inc. was selected to facilitate the assistance and conducted a two day onsite visit with the University in March 2020. Two Blue Courage providers developed a report with recommendations specific to training, functionality, and staffing to optimize existing crime analysis capacity.
The non profit organization TTM PTP inc. requested assistance to host online forums for our non-profit organization dedicated to help promote mental wellness and suicide prevention for Police. BJA NTTAC denied this request.
The Rapid City, South Dakota Police Department (PD) requested the Tact, Tactics, and Trust (T3) Basic and Executive/Command trainings. Polis Solutions was selected to fulfill the request and provided the one-day course to 13 newly promoted sergeants on September 16, 2019 in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The Snohomish County, Washington Sheriff’’s Office (PD) requested the “Tact, Tactics, and Trust (T3) Polis Solutions: Basic and Executive/Command” trainings. Polis Solutions was selected to fulfill the request and provided the one-day course to 14 newly promoted sergeants within the Snohomish PD on September 9, 2019, in Snohomish, Washington
The Snohomish County, Washington Sheriff’s Office requested the “Tact, Tactics, and Trust (T3) Train-the-Trainer” course. Polis Solutions was selected to fulfill the request and provided the three-day course to 8 law enforcement officers from the surrounding area on September 30-October 2, 2019 in Snohomish, Washington.
The Matthews, North Carolina Police Department requested assistance to implement a stratified policing model. Drs. Rachel and Roberto Santos were selected to fulfill the request and conducted two two-day onsite visits to Matthews PD in November 2019 and December 2019. Drs. Santos delivered a final report to Matthews PD in January 2020 with recommendations for implementing stratified policing.
The University of Alabama at Birmingham Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities requested an assessment of the Jefferson County court system to address the rate of failures to appear. The Pretrial Justice Institute was selected to fulfill the request. The requestor withdrew the request.
The Snohomish County, Washington Sheriff’s Office are requesting assistance from Polis Solutions’ T3 – Tact, Tactics, and Trust training. The engagement was transferred to a new contract.
