National Reentry Resource Center (NRRC staff) visited DOC's MCF-Red Wing facility to support the implementation of the project and the overall goal, which is: A coordinated juvenile reentry model in Minnesota that supports successful community reintegration for juveniles returning to communities from secure placement, while promoting public safety.
