The Accessing Grants to Strengthen Tribal Justice Systems Training is intended to help tribes plan for CTAS funding and begin internal discussions on community needs prior to the funding opportunity being released. Additionally, the training discusses system navigation, how to write goals and objectives, and plan for program sustainability.
July 15, 2024: Created an extensive excel sheet with new columns, pivot tables, and graphs to help client in her quarterly and yearly reporting. Then went over instructions and new needs during a meeting that took an hour and a half.
July 12, 2024: Attended the Regular meeting time ask asked by CHJ. Used some time to go over additional data reporting needs that Jess has and scheduled a meeting for her and I to meet on Monday.
July 9, 2024: Regular meeting time. We used this time to continue to help client with excel needs for her data collection efforts.
July 1, 2024: Met with Jess to further help her with the data restructuring and reporting. Client is at very basic stages of rudimetary data collection and reporting and I am helping her make things more automated, efficient, and accurate.
June 27, 2024: Introduction with partners. Listed Jess' needs and eval questions and invited them to meet with or without me in the future.
June 26, 2024: went over specific feedback she needs on the way she is collecting and reporting data using excel. Sent her an excel sheet with examples, resources and instructions.
June 11, 2024: went over provided TTA plan, and specific feedback she needs on the way she is collecting and reporting data using excel. She will send her data so that I can help her design her variables and pivot tables better. Told her I would connect her with OH for her avaluation questions.
Email: Sent Shawn resources--several Duke LEAD evaluation reports/briefs and Camden county on 11/5. Offered to meet by phone.
During the months where the site was waiting to hear back from BJA on their Action Plan, the site made multiple requests for updates on the Action Plan status. IACP repeatedly requested updates from BJA, and passed along info to the site.
