They also inquired about combining survey questions, and we explained that it depends on the specific questions, emphasizing the importance of clarity and avoiding double-barreled questions. We provided feedback on their surveys, suggesting revisions for clearer wording, more precise question definitions, and adding options like "Other" for open-ended responses.

We followed up with the grantee to share the logic model and evaluation action plan templates, along with helpful tipsheets. Additionally, we provided survey feedback and offered further insights or recommendations based on our conversations. We also collected several report examples that may be useful, along with resources on general report writing and related tools. To facilitate continued support, we shared a booking link so they can schedule another meeting at their convenience.
