. I am the commander of our Personnel Section and officer health/wellness falls underneath my purview. Our department is in the process of making some hefty changes to our officer wellness, resiliency, support and etc. programs. One of the biggest changes is going to be in our strengthening our peer support program. I would love to have training especially for our peer support personnel on this topic from this program. The new programs are in planning stages right now but I would like to have them ready to roll out before summer time.
