This 6 hour course provides law enforcement professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to an electronic crime scene and to safely and methodically collect and preserve items of evidentiary value that may be used in court proceedings.
The Birmingham, Alabama Municipal Court requested assistance to improve its pretrial services programming. The request was later withdrawn by the requestor, citing the agency's need for more time before potential TTA services.
The Middlesex Sheriff's Office requested funding for speaker support for a conference on issues facing people of color in the criminal justice field. BJA NTTAC was not able to fulfill the request and closed the request on November 15, 2016.

The Oklahoma Association of Chiefs of Police requested training on grant writing and the federal grant procurement process. Mark Fero and Albert Stokes were selected to fulfill the request and delivered a training on finding grant funding sources, identifying regional issues, creating a budget, writing a winning application, and engaging in effective grant management practices, to 29 law enforcement personnel, grants staff, and crime and intel analysts on June 12 - 13, 2017 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The American Bar Association requested technical assistance in updating the Ten Principles of a Public Defense Delivery System document. The request was denied by BJA and not fulfilled by BJA NTTAC.
The South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services (SCDPPPS) requested assistance to develop leadership standards for law enforcement, specifically, leadership standards as they relate to the development and maintenance of leadership standards for mid-level managers. BJA NTTAC was not able to fulfill the request and closed the request on December 12, 2016.
The Pine County, Minnesota Probation Department requested information on best practices for reducing truancy rates among tribal members enrolled in county schools. BJA NTTAC referred the requestor to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), National Training and Technical Assistance Center (NTTAC).
The Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections requested assistance in conducting a jurisdictional assessment of their RNR implementation and resource allocation. The request was denied by BJA and not fulfilled by BJA NTTAC.
