The NRTAC will be hosting a prosecution convening on the prosecutor's role in violent crime investigations, facilitated by project partner, Prosecutors' Center for Excellence. The goal of the convening is to improve the quality and outcome of violent crime investigations by identifying best practices for multidisciplinary collaboration among law enforcement, prosecutors and others through all phases of the criminal investigation and prosecution. The convening will address prosecution issues as they relate to the investigation of a case and the investigative strategies that enhance outcomes in violent crime prosecutions.
