West Memphis is a Violence Reduction Network (VRN) site. West Memphis’ requests for IIR to delivery Homicide Investigation Management Training. Due to the size of their agency, Jessica and Larry have requested that we deliver two back-to-back classes in one week so that West Memphis can rotate their people through the class. Their department is small and they have about 14-20 people that they would like to get trained by having half trained the first half of the week and the other half trained the second half of the week. West Memphis would invite other area agencies to participate in the training.
