In January 2013, at DHS’s request, IIR began providing support to the National Fusion Liaison Officer (FLO) Program Coordinators group. (This effort was originally funded under Award Number 2011-MU-BX-K006.) The effort includes management of the FLO point-of-contact list, coordination and support of quarterly teleconference calls, assistance with agenda development, identification of and communication with presenters, and preparation of teleconference discussions and action items. Four teleconferences occurred in 2013, three occurred in 2014, and four calls were held in 2015. In addition, during the first half of 2015, staff members supported the development and distribution of a FLO Coordinator survey and prepared a report compiling the survey results for the FEMA Fusion Process Program Manager. Between January 1 and June 30, 2016, two teleconferences were supported—one in February and another in May. From July 1 to December 31, 2016, two teleconferences were supported—one in August and another in November. The next teleconference is scheduled to occur in February 2017.
