By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.

8/28/12 left msg to set up assessment call. 9/7/12 sent follow up email to Cpl Hamman re: setting up assessment call. 9/12/12 Call set up for 9/13. Eva sent e-mail on 10.12.12 requesting an assessment call. Call set for 2:00pm on 10/18/12. Cpl. Hamman doesn't know exactly what type of training he wants. Possibly leadership training, gang training, or trainings in communities. Spoke with Christina Horst at the IACP b/c they are funded to do leadership training; however after speaking with her, they are unable to provide services. E-mailed Robbi Woodson at National Sheriff's Associaiton and she may be able to assit. Call with Ms. Woodson on 11.1.12. She has funding to provide training to the PD under a community drug prevention program for law enforcement. Sent information to Cpl. Hamman; he will present information to Chief of Police to get approval and get back to me. Sent follow up e-mail to Cpl. Hamman on 11.6.12 to see if he had responde from Police Chief as of yet. Cpl. Hamman responded on 11.7.12 and said that he had the flu and had not been at work and wouldn't be back until the 12th of November and he would talk to the Police Chief and get back to me. 11.30.12 Sent another e-mail to Cpl. Hamman as I have not heard from him and asked if he spoke wtih the Police Chief. Reminded him that Ms. Woodson of NSA wanted to start working on this event on 12.1.12 in order to draw down funding from BJA. Received e-mail from Cpl. Hamman stating that his infant son passed away and that he was not going to be able to follow through with this request. He asked that request be closed and that when he is able he will submit another request. E-mail sent to Ms. Woodson indicating that request for training was being withdrawn.
