A key concern of Oakland County Pretrial Services is the use of financial bonds in the state of Michigan as a part of the pretrial process. While this is standard practice in the state, it is Oakland County’s belief that this practice is not consistent with NAPSA standards.

The RFP was released twice with no response, therefore, request is sole sourced to American University. Evaluation survey sent to requester (Survey Monkey link) on 11.6.13. Final Report received from AU on 11.6.13. Still waiting on invoice which should be submitted on 11.11.13 as stated by Sam Sipkin of AU.
