At this year’s event, a special half day session was added on the morning of November 5. GAC members, Global and partner leaders, and selected subject matter experts were invited to engage in collegial, interactive task team sessions to explore priority issues facing the justice and public safety communities. Topics covered were: Improving Law Enforcement Information Sharing; New and Evolving Probation, Parole, and Reentry Priorities, Projects, and Best Practices; Tackling Cybercrimes and Cyberthreats; and Justice System’s Use of Digital Evidence: Body-Worn Cameras and Beyond.
