Assess and evaluate existing human trafficking training/tools and identify gaps to enhance task force collaborative operations and investigative and prosecutorial efforts. IACP and our partners will identify HT training opportunities currently available in the field. These trainings may include, but not be limited to, trainings developed under the BJA Anti-human Trafficking National TTA Program for Law Enforcement Task Forces, IACP’s and AEquitas’ HT training resources for law enforcement and prosecutors, and HT training and resources from agencies such as: the National Council of Juvenile and Family Court Judges, the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, National Human Trafficking Resource Center, Northeastern University, the National Association of Attorneys General, the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys, Shared Hope International, and various state criminal justice academies.
