On April 17th, 2013 Ms. Bertone-McGann made APPA aware of a request for funding assistance to support a Street Walk Training by Rev. Brown, formerly of the Boston Ten Point Coalition. Mr. Chavis (BJA) found the request to be a good fit for PSN and approved APPA to support the training using its PSN funds. The initial contact for the Stockton Ceasefire program was Kevin Hatano, later retired and replaced by Ralph Womack. Despite repeated discussions over the past year, the training has not yet been scheduled. Mr. Matz last reached out to SPD on April 23, 2014 but received no correspondence. The T/TA request remains pending at this time.
