Over the past six (6) months, the IACP met with core staff from the Seattle team a total of four (4) times to provide customized TTA and recieve programmatic updates. Over the past six months, the team has renewed Dr. Stueber's contract for in-person and online training, including a suicide awareness module, and is awaiting a new position posting. The city plans to expand the CARE team and is considering a vendor for trauma-informed training. Rose, the new training manager, is familiarizing herself with the grant and CRIT curriculum, and the site had a successful P2P with Rapid City. They are planning to start training in October, with positive feedback from the first cohort of community first responders, and are considering a partnership with Poise to enhance their curriculum.
