Summary of Successes
3 staff members from CHJ conducted an on site visit from 10/1-10/3 with the grantee during which they conducted street outreach and facilitated a strategic meeting with agency leaders to discuss future planning and direction of the program. Staff visited potential fire stations with Minneapolis Fire Department (MFD) to expand the MARI program to.
Their program evaluator (KOPI Medical) is finishing their year end report and will submit it to the city in January
They have identified Station 7 as the next Safe Station. MFD is working to renovate the station to make space for the Safe Station operations.
Twin Cities Recovery Project is collaborating closely with Serenity Homes to host events and donations with the cold weather coming

It is taking longer than expected to prepare Station 7 as a Safe Station, but MFD is still working to open it to TCRP
Struggling to connect people with mental and behavioral health services

We discussed TCRP conducting a large scoping outreach for people experiencing homelessness before it gets really cold, to try to get them into shelter or treatment
