Objective 1: Individualized Technical Assistance to Grantees
In December, CSG Justice Center staff did not meet with PADOC for the scheduled monthly call due to PADOC staff being in mandatory parole training. In lieu of meeting, the PADOC statewide coordinator provided a program update on December 19 that reported the deputy secretary received the outcome of the union grievance desk audit, and a meeting is scheduled with the statewide coordinator at the beginning of January 2025 to discuss the audit.
The parole case manager (PCM) is going on extended leave and the position will be temporarily filled with an annuitant who previously worked on the program before the PCM was hired. CSG Justice Center staff is scheduled to meet with the statewide coordinator on January 16, 2025

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
