The SAKI Leadership Academy supports participating law enforcement executives by providing the opportunity to expand and strengthen their knowledge on tools and resources for enhanced leadership, organizational and operational sexual assault response efforts within the framework of violent crime reduction strategies. The workshop will feature a series of interactive sessions, providing an opportunity for participants to share experiences, gain insights, and learn from one another. Participants will develop agency-level action plans that incorporate common challenges, promising and effective practices, and innovations from the field to support the development and implementation of sustainable and effective policies within their organizations.
