The PDMP TTAC team consistently offers technical support to stakeholders. This support includes responding to information requests and facilitating peer-to-peer communication. By doing so, the team identifies potential resources and TTA needs as PDMPs evolve. This proactive approach allows the PDMP TTAC team to efficiently and effectively provide assistance and be responsive. During this reporting period, PDMP TTAC staff members addressed 43 requests, covering diverse topics such as interstate data sharing, Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration, authorized PDMP users, comprehensive prescription drug tracking, PDMP reporting standards, Opioid Treatment Program policies, OFR teams, the impact of telemedicine on PDMPs, and general PDMP policies and capabilities. The TTA was delivered through various channels, including conference calls, detailed emails, and well-researched documents.
Most technical assistance provided during this reporting period was proportionately allocated and reported under Award Number 15PBJA-22-GG-03585-PDMP. Resources such as documents, webinars, and meetings developed during the reporting period in support of PDMPs were created and reported under Award Number 15PBJA-22-GG-03585-PDMP. This deliverable has been completed.
