Summary of Successes
Staffing adjustments in the beginning but now well acquainted with EMS radios can deploy and respond to overdose calls in real time with EMS
Odyssey and EMS work well together
Engaged with 9 clients who received harm reduction kits
EMS hands out Narcan
EMS started field inductions of buprenorphine
Responded to 85 calls
Summary of Challenges
People are not following through with treatment
No feedback loop from Odyssey to EMS (ex. no sharing of successes with EMS)
Staffing turn over - Odyssey had 3 team members and are now down to 1
