Consistency with scheduling classes
Lack of access to data
Their connection at the University of Houston got cut off from the data being provided from the pharmacy board
Working on a solution where the data would go through the comptrollers office instead
Bureaucracy - Difficult to get contracts finalized and city council approval
Officer buy in - Seems like the issue is more 'not my department, not my problem' mentality rather than a lack of compassion for the issues they are addressing
