Featured in an Article - Paducah Police Add First-Of-Its-Kind Job Position, Deflection Specialist
They are offering technical assistance to the Paducah Police Department who is also running a deflection program of their own
Their program helped someone in Indiana who is now 6 months into recovery and a peer support specialist
Commissary Kiosk in jail set up for people incarcerated to receive services
Narcan mailbox in jail which they can take upon release
Successful marketing campaign across social media including snapchat to target a younger demo

Lack of housing options
Not always receiving notifications when people incarcerated who they are working with will be released - Niki is now embedded in the jails which should alleviate that
