Summary of Successes
End of year one: Submitted first report with numbers
Successfully integrating funding; had been able to defer the use of COSSUP funds until now
AJA operating for over four years
Expanded licenses for outreach services and counseling
Peer support services have transitioned to licensed behavioral health specialists
The program can now refer individuals to Behavioral Health services for mental health needs, including trauma and depression
New building opened in downtown Olympia for improved accessibility
Peer Case Managers joined the AJA team
Expanding services to other Community Services programs and participants
WAU Evaluation Team conducted surveys of fire and police to assess stress and burnout
Using the results for training and development
