· 3/4/2024: Virtual meeting with Kate Horgan (Vice President of Government Affairs, The Dupont Group) and Jim Monahan (Vice President, The Dupont Group) to discuss initiatives to increase staffing and workforce development in the behavioral health field in NH. (2 people, representing 1 agency)

· 3/5/2024: Focus group with DOC MH Clinicians, Kelly Barger (MH Clinician, NH DOC), Samantha Pasciuto (MH Clinician, NH DOC), John Byrne (MH Clinician, NH DOC), Elizabeth Kizis (MH Clinician, NH DOC), Lindsay Jordan (MH Clinician, NH DOC), Linda Hannigan (MH Clinician, NH DOC), Charlene Nickerson (MH Clinician, NH DOC), and Kara Toomey (MH Clinician, NH DOC) to discuss their work and practices. · 3/11/2024: Virtual meeting with Vic Topo (Vice President, NH Community Behavioral Health Association), Maggie Pritchard (President, NH Community Behavioral Health Association), Roland Lamy (Executive Director, NH Community Behavioral Health Association), and Lisa Madden (Board Member, NH Community Behavioral Health Association) representing the New Hampshire Community Behavioral Health Association to discuss care coordination, licensing, and areas of alignment in the project and their work. · 3/14/2024: Virtual meeting with Dianne Castrucci (Executive Director, NH Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association) and Stephanie Bean (Office Manager, NH Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association) to discuss their work with people who are justice-involved and learn more about potential barriers. · 3/18/2024: Virtual meeting with the Implementation WG, consisting of Tim Lethbridge (Superintendent, Grafton County Department of Corrections), Eve Allen (Mental Health Program Administrator, DHHS), Ben Frost (CLO, NH Housing Association), Jason Henry (Superintendent, Rockingham County DOC), and Alex Casale (Drug Court Liaison, NH Courts) to introduce the project and discuss their role as members and the plan for future meetings.
