1/12/24 - Video conference with Thea Mounts (Chief Data Officer, WADOC) and Julie Dames-Ryan (Grants Manager, WADOC) to discuss how to staff the project proposal involving data mining and machine learning and next steps on the project. (2 people in attendance representing 1 agency)

1/29/24 - Video conference with Thea Mounts (Chief Data Officer, WADOC), Julie Dames-Ryan (Grants Manager, WADOC), and Mac Pevey (Assistant Secretary, Community Corrections Division, WADOC) to discuss BJA feedback on proposed SOW and identify goals for supervision technology. (3 people in attendance representing 1 agency).

1 phone call in April with 3 participants representing 3 agencies.

4/17/2024: Video conference with Ryan Johnson (IT Senior Contracts Attorney, WADOC), Amrit Dhir (Director of Partnerships, Recidiviz), and Ramin Tohidi (Partner, Orrick) to go over contract provisions and discuss areas where changes are needed. (3 participants, 3 agencies)

5/7/2024: Video conference with Thea Mounts (Chief Data Officer, WADOC), Julie Dames-Ryan (Grant Manager, WADOC), Mac Pevey (Head of Community Supervision, WADOC), Evan Green-Lowe (Director of State Engagement, Recidiviz), and Molly Cohen (Partnerships, Recidiviz), to discuss BJA feedback on the tool and next steps. (5 participants, representing 2 agencies)

5/29/2024: Video Conference with Thea Mounts (Chief Data Officer, WADOC), Julie Dames-Ryan (Grant Manager, WADOC), Molly Cohen (Partnerships, Recidiviz), and Jeff Locke (Senior Policy Advisor, BJA), to allow WADOC to provide their thoughts on the project to BJA and address BJA’s comments directly.   3. The benefits or anticipated outcomes from the receipt of TTA services.

By submitting this application to BJA NTTAC, I understand that upon approval of this application for TTA, the requestor agrees to keep BJA NTTAC informed of any circumstances that may impact the delivery of the TTA, including changes in the date of the event, event cancellation, or difficulties communicating with the assigned TTA provider.
