In June, WYDOC staff were granted access to the tool. CSG Justice Center staff met with WYDOC Field Services trainers to familiarize them with the tool and how to train WYDOC District Managers. The trainers had no issues accessing and navigating through the tool and their feedback was positive. CSG Justice Center staff began quality assurance (QA) on the tool with anticipated completion by the first week in July. Additionally, CSG Justice Center staff continued updating the maintenance manual to accompany the tool. The manual will be sent to WYDOC for their review before it is finalized. Also, CSG Justice Center staff submitted the methodology tab to BJA for review. CSG Justice Center staff began analyzing data for the 5-year lookback brief on supervision outcomes.
