Objective 1: Individualized Technical Assistance to Grantees In May, CSG Justice Center staff continued to meet with PADOC regarding staffing changes occurring withing the agency. The grants manager transitioned from her DOC position and the grant is currently being transitioned to a new grants manager. The primary contact for the grant was promoted to Interim District Director while the current Director is out on leave. In response, a case manager at the PADOC Pittsburgh District will attend monthly calls. PADOC reports that the case manager hired for the Pittsburgh District is working on inputting all participant data in the joint CSG Justice Center and PADOC spreadsheet. The Harrisburg District vacant case manager position posting closed on April 26, and they began interviewing candidates on May 17. The Chester District's vacant case manager position posting closed on May 13 and interviews are expected to begin in June. PADOC reports that once all full-time staff are hired, they will update the Planning & Implementation Guide and resubmit it for approval.
