In Arizona, CSG Justice Center staff continued to recruit agencies across the state and engage with agencies that have opted-in to prepare them for onboarding.
In Illinois, CSG Justice Center staff were on site to meet with the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority to plan for the next few months of work on Justice Counts. Staff from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority also connected with staff from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Information and Analysis to discuss implementation across states.?
In North Carolina, CSG Justice Center staff met with the North Carolina Criminal Justice Analysis Center to discuss entering data into Publisher, and plan for upcoming engagement and then again along with staff from the Wisconsin Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Information Analysis to discuss Justice Counts metrics and implementation across grantee states.???
The North Carolina Department of Public Safety uploaded staff by biological sex data for fiscal years 2020, 2021, and 2022, along with arrests by type, sex, and race/ethnicity for calendar year 2019 for all law enforcement agencies in the state.??
In Oregon, CSG Justice Center staff worked with staff at the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission to configure their Publisher access to allow for the sharing of community supervision data for the whole state, and to discuss data sharing strategies for additional sectors.
In Wisconsin, staff from the Department of Justice Bureau of Justice Information and Analysis met with staff from the North Carolina Criminal Justice Analysis Center and the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority, to discuss metrics and implementation, as detailed elsewhere under this objective.
CSG Justice Center staff attended the SecurManage conference in Pittsburgh where they gave a keynote presentation and led a breakout session with SecurManage customers to introduce Justice Counts and encourage them to reach out to SecurManage about participation.????
