FY24 Q2 Engagement Activities Reporting Cycle Summary

Met and corresponded with grantee 6 times between January and March of 2024 on 1/23, 2/29, 3/22, 3/25, and 3/27 in addition to invites to participate in grantee cohort calls

Summary of Successes

The participant acceptance of services rate went from 19% to 45%
They are now able to accept referrals from their school resource officer
They closely work with the National Alliance for Drug Endangered Children

Trying to hire a program evaluator
They are encountering a barrier to working with EMS because of HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
