"Objective 1: Individualized Technical Assistance to Grantees In January, CSG Justice Center staff learned that WADOC continues to push for the formation of the domestic violence court and is meeting with the Domestic Violence Advocate agency and the Attorney Generalâs Office to further push for its formation. In addition, WADOC reported changes regarding partnering with one housing vendor. The legal department had concerns regarding the liability of the home housing program, so they decided to utilize the current process within DOC for housing vendors. WADOC reported that all staff under the grant completed the required training. Corrections officers started making referrals for individuals who need to participate in the Relationship Advantage community-based domestic violence courses. Under this grant, the first six months of payments and materials for program participants will be covered, and the remaining balance will be determined on a sliding scale based on individual income and affordability. The correctional officers will attend the Spokane Regional Advocacy Centers Domestic Violence Conference on February 27â"29 and highlight the implementation of the new program.  "
